Know when they're ready to sleep
An overtired baby fights sleep. BabiFable learns your baby's rhythm and tells you when they're likely to be ready for their next sleep and when to start winding down, so you can catch the window and give them the best chance of settling.
- Their next sleep window
- Before the yawns turn to tears.
- When to wind down
- So they're calm when the window opens.
- Learns your baby
- Every log sharpens the predictions.

Wake windows
What are wake windows?
A wake window is the time your baby can comfortably stay awake between sleeps. Wake windows are short for newborns and grow longer as babies get older.
Every baby is different, and the same baby can change from week to week. So BabiFable doesn't use a fixed chart. It learns from the sleeps and feeds you log, and suggests when your baby is likely to be ready for their next sleep.

If you're worried about your baby's sleep, feeding or health, talk to your child and family health nurse or GP.
